Process usually involves a two stage firing where the first is Bisque firing which is without glaze at 1280° C which gives a translucent and solid product and then glazing at the temperature of 1080° C.
2. A week project done in December'11 under the guidance of an artisan in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh who makes Ganesh Idols by heating glass rods, usually known as Flamework.
Borosil solid rods of different thicknesses are used in the process.
Hydrogen gas and LPG gas is used for flaming, by rotating two rods opposite the flame makes a ball type structure and by using different tools textures and patterns can be made.
3. Industrial Internship for 2 months from June'12 onwards in Venus India, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
A preferred supplier of Stainless Steel hand forged Flatwares, Silver Plated Cutlery, Tableware and Barware articles across the globe.
Process included Metal sand Casting and then followed by different Platings- Silver, Nickel, Copper, Patina, Tin and many more. Mainly Brass and Stainless Steel is used to make Cutleries.
